Rant topic - for those who need to get rid of stuff

So yeah, we've been taling about this in the chatbox and a few found this a good idea, for those who need the moment to rant about it. Well, it's allowed here~

Okay so I will start, because this idea came back to me after experiencing a very... creepy thing.

My rant:

I was done working today (delivering newspapers) and had to buy some last groceries for tonight's dinner. I went to the store and there I saw this mentally disabled man I had met a few months ago and spoken to (because I'm so sweet and respectful towards others like that). He said ''Oh hey'' I said ''Hello'' and I went into the store, while he already went to his bike.
I was inside the store for like... 15 minutes and came back with the groceries and he was STILL there, holding his bike. I decided to ignore him because I had already greeted him, but when I went to put the groceries in the basket on the back of my bike, he walked up to me and started talking to me like the last time. Yet this time he stood REALLY close to me. It was rather creepy. Last time I spoke to him, his name was Max, today he said his name was DAVID. WHAT THE ACTUAL GJDGFDF?
And he kept staring at me, AND HE EVEN TOUCHED MY HAIR AND SAID IT LOOKED KINDA MESSY WHILE HE KEPT ON STARING AND BRIGHTLY SMILING AT ME. HE DIDN'T TOUCH IT, HE LITERALLY STROKED IT. A 60 years old men missing a lot of teeth and the mind of a 16 years old or so!?
I was so scared.
I told him I had to go home and said goodbye and he went away as well, but when I went home I was afraid he would follow me. I told me father about what happened and he said that it was just a mentally diabled guy and that he probably wouldn't do anything wrong to me. Then he told me to walk the dog, it was starting to get dark a little bit.
I WAS SO SCARED I DIDN'T EVEN DARE TO WALK TO MY DOG.
I took my dog with me and started to run like crazy, just to make sure I was home sooner.
I SAW HIM ON HIS BIKE WHEN I ENTERED THE SECOND STREET OMG.
But luckily he didn't see me... ._.

I'M SO DAMN SCARED, SERIOUSLY. HE STROKED MY HAIR

THAT'S ACTUALLY SO CREEPY LIKE WTF. Dude there's this guy and he's on my bus sometimes and he forget's we've met and does this creepy hand shake and then stares at me the whole bus ride like OMFG NO PLEASE STOP YOU'RE OLD AND IM SCARED. AND ONCE. OMFG. One time I was with Hammy (MY BB) on the bus and the guy did it and I kissed Hammy on the bus and he was like "YOU GUYS ARE GONNA HAVE A BABY NOW" and he's not even mentally disabled like he works at thritfty's and just hjksdfhksd I CANT EVEN I HAVE SOCIAL ANXIETY WHY DOES HE TOUCH ME ONE TIME HE TOUCHED MY BUTT AND I WAS LIKE IM GONNA PUNXH YOU IN THE CLAVICLE> k I'm done thanks bbs

OMG I HAVE THAT ALL THE TIME BUT INSTEAD OF MY BUTT THEY KEEP TOUCHING MY HAIR, CHEEK OR CHIN.
And it are always mentally disabled men. ;_;
Not I dislike those people but tonight I had a nightmare about this man and I'm just hfhvdhdv!

But I live in a village and villagers always greet each other on the streets, it's a rule, kind of. He said hey and I said kindly hello AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE TURNED AROUND ON HIS BIKE AND CAME TO ME.
Did I know it was a creepy mentally disabled man, he was meters away from me when he greeted me. ;_;

I have that problem too bb. D:
Not that my parents say I've got an attitude or something... but when I'm excited my mother always tell me to 'lower' my voice becasue esle I sound like a witch with a high pitched voice. WELL THANK YOU VERY MUCH. THIS IS MY VOICE, I CAN'T CHANGE HOW I SOUND.
